Everywhere I look it’s already Christmas-time! If you’re like me, you’re trying to hit up all the Cyber Monday sales to grab everybody’s present before the holiday rush. If you’re in need of some ideas for Christmas gifts that are creative, useful, or healthy, here is my list of a soulful presents that I think your loved ones would adore!
Young Living Essential Oils Starter Kit – For the natural living lover
This is the specific oils kit I’ve asked Jared for for Christmas! I can’t wait to get to using oils more regularly. I bought a few off brand ones and a cheap diffuser at Bed Bath and Beyond, and we’ve been hooked ever since. I don’t buy into direct sales/natural living trends easily at all, and I thought the idea of smelling oils to feel and live better sounded yuppie, but it actually works! You have to have a YL distributer to buy one of these kits, but literally just post a status on Facebook and I guarantee one of your friends sells oils and would love to help you! Support their business and then use these to support your family’s health!
Reborn Candle Co – For the hygge girl or guy
Anybody else on the hygge train? I don’t know how to pronounce it, but I love the idea of it. Basically, hygge is all about making your home cozy and inviting for yourself, friends, and family, but it’s almost like an art form. Whether you think that’s cool or not, everybody loves candles, and these are local to Springfield! There are so many fun scents to pick from! My favorite local scents are Ozark Mountains and 417 Barber Shop (perfect gift for a guy)!
Artisan Chocolate Lovers S’mores Kit – For the chocoholic bonfire aficionado
I put these on this list because I love chocolate, and I know that there are many who share this deep affection with me. Why have just a regular s’more when you can have a triple chocolate s’more, am I right?
DIY Candle Kit – For the cozy DIY’er
If you’re like me, candles are awesome, but you don’t really want to spend the money on another one and would love to learn how to make them yourself. Well, you’re in luck! This is a kit that teaches you how to make your own candle and includes everything you need! Also a great craft idea for moms + kids.
Askinoski Chocolate – For the fair trade chocolate-lover
Another Springfield-local product, Askinoskie has various perfect gifts for the family chocoholic. I personally love their malt bar (not gluten-free, but kinda worth it). Askinokie is direct trade and are very transparent about the origin of their chocolate. Check out their website, and Shawn Askinoski’s new book, too.
Hand Lettering 101 – For the artist in your life
Want to jump on the hand lettering trend? You should! I love using hand lettering for my business and to relax at night. This book is one of the best on the market and is very affordable.
Mesa Bandanda from Krochet Kids – For the ethical clothing lover
Krochet Kids is a great ethical clothing brand, and this cute bandana is only $14. Comes in black or natural.
Primally Pure Body Butter in Almond Vanilla – For the organic beauty bombshell
I LOVE Primally Pure. I buy their dry shampoo for dark locks and their products are so high quality and smell amazing! This body butter sounds like a dream!
Crunchi Luxe Lipstick – For the lipstick lover
I don’t buy a lot of lipstick– I’m pretty picky because so many lipsticks are matte and drying which is not attractive or comfortable! Crunchi is an organic brand that I buy my foundation from and I trust this brand. I’ve used their lipgloss and it’s well pigmented, long-lasting, and moisturizing, so now their lipstick is on my list, too. The color “Pure” is my favorite!
Mer-Sea & Co. Mini Balm Scrub – For someone who needs a little TLC
I am a “packaging person,” which means I will often buy something because it has pretty packaging. This is one of those items. Perfect for a stocking, and it comes in three scents, one of which is citrus matcha– yum.
Matcha Starter Kit – For the latte lover
Speaking of matcha, it’s the best. If you’ve tried it, you know what I mean. For your friends that haven’t, buy them this starter kit to get them addicted too!
Chai Tea Gift Set – For the tea lover
For that friend who is always drinking and talking about their specialty teas, they will adore this kit that shows what is actually in a chai tea latte! Your pal will be able to create their own specialized concoctions for weeks with this spice kit.
Infuser Water Bottle – For the healthy fitness lady
This infused water bottle is so cute, I myself might start infusing my water, too.
Instax Mini Polaroid Camera – For the young at heart creative
I love these little guys! I have two of them and they are perfect to keep in your purse or travel bag to snap some nostalgic shots on your road trips or weekend outings. Buy the film in bulk packs to save a little bit of money!
Powersheets Goal Planning – For the business woman, busy momma, or college student (or anyone else!)
I live by Powersheets. These are goal planning sheets, but way better than that. Powersheets walk you through what is most important to you and then helps you turn your values into actionable goals. It’s like a therapy session, but you see results way faster!
Glory Haus Earrings – For the fashionable
I love these earrings from the Jen Hatmaker line! I feel like they are very Joanna Gaines. Also, Glory Haus supports women in the US transitioning out of homelessness, so this is a great business to purchase from.
Hexagon Turquoise Stud Earrings – For the trendy
Not only do I love these earrings, but I love Starfish Project. They help to free women in Asia from human trafficking. Every single piece they sell is so beautiful. Amazing products and amazing cause.
Malti Fountain Vegan Weekender – For the traveler
A good travel bag is an essential. Opting for a weekender bag from Joyn bags means that you are also empowering women in Thailand and India through employment. I love the color of this one and the handles look comfortable, which is important for those long airport waits.
The Simplified Planner – For the type A girl
Know someone who needs to bring some simplicity into their life? Let this planner be their guide.
Market Basket Backpack – For the farmers market lover
I put this on my list because hello– how cute of an Instagram photo of this be filled with flowers from @ozarkmtnflowertruck? Don’t be surprised if you see me toting this around the Farmers Park Farmers Market this Spring…
Varietal Honey Flight – For the honey-loving-hipster
I saw this honey flight in the Magnolia Journal recently and was intrigued. I think this is the perfect gift for a foodie hipster! I probably wouldn’t buy it for myself, but I would definitely love trying it out if it was gifted to me.
Pendleton Picnic Blanket with Leather Travel Strap – For the cute, picnic-loving couple
This would have been so nice (and adorable) to have when Jared and I were dating. We loved going to Springfield Lake to just hang out or eat some Chinese take out. If you know a cute couple who loves the outdoors, this blanket would be perfect!
Terra Cotta Herb Growing Kit – For the aspiring green thumb
Growing herbs is fun and useful! If you know someone who has wanted to try growing something easy, here’s a good place to start. Plus, you can use them in cooking and drinks.
Garden Gloves – For the family gardener
Have you figured out that Terrain is my new favorite online shop for gifts? I love everything they stock! From cozy blankets for the home to beneficial seed bombs and floral gardener gloves, they just get the kind of home-y, garden-esque lifestyle I’m after. And these gloves? I mean, if you’re going to dig in the dirt, you might as well look cute while doing it!
Monogram Golden Sparkler – For the fireworks loving kiddo
I wrote that this would be great for a kiddo, but what I actually mean is me. This would be great for me. I love monograms and honestly, I love sparklers. How fun is this? They also come in Christmas shapes like trees and stars!
Rebel T7i DSLR Camera – For the budding photographer
As a photographer, one of the questions I get asked the most is “what is a good camera to start out on?” This is a tricky question as everyone has a different budget and goal when starting to get into photography, but if you need somewhere to get started– get started here!
